I just cut the paper label off and hand wash the bag--sometimes I leave the bottom seam of the bag in, sometimes I trim it open to make a tube--just depends on what I'm going to use it for. This mesh is soft and flexible and keeps the paper stuff from getting wrinkled or torn as well as keeping it neatly rolled. I also use these mesh bags to store my pieces of teflon film (which I buy for a great price at McMaster-Carr--great for pressing sheets for fusible applique).

Well, I'll be damned! I would have NEVER thought to use those! Now I want them for my heat and bond, my freezer paper, anything rolled up!!
Thanks!
